With more than three decades of experience, Brian Fifolt brings an extensive background in residential and commercial design, spanning custom homes, multifamily communities, workplaces, hospitality, government, and retail environments. His approach begins with understanding the site, the context, and how the people who will occupy the space actually live or work. That perspective, combined with his technical knowledge and understanding of construction, allows him to guide projects from the earliest design decisions through detailed documentation and coordination.

A Science in Design Certified Professional, Sonya brings an evidence-informed understanding of how the built environment can influence the way people feel and function within a space. Her approach combines thoughtful space planning with careful consideration of layout, light, materials, and the sensory experience of the home. She is particularly mindful of material health, incorporating low-toxicity options whenever possible without compromising the design. With a strong eye for detail and a practical understanding of how interiors come together, Sonya considers each space from the floor plan through the final material selections.

Kayla’s interest in design began early, touring show homes and vintage shops with her mother and developing an eye for how homes are put together and how spaces function. She later turned that natural interest into technical expertise through formal training at Central Piedmont Community College, with a focus on Revit and residential design documentation. Today, she brings both perspectives to her work at Evolution Design Group, contributing to residential projects from design development through construction documentation.
