• Client communication will be conducted via email and scheduled phone calls
• Communication hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• All proposal development and site visits are billable services, as they require significant time, professional expertise, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Plan revisions / updates: Evolution Design Group will no longer amend or continue another designer’s work without a full release of liability
• Project travel outside a 30-mile radius may incur additional fees; all travel fees will be disclosed at proposal submission

Fee Structure Updates

• Residential projects: 3 scheduled payments
• Commercial projects: 4 scheduled payments

Pre-Planning & Proposal Services

• Pre-planning proposals and cost comparison estimates. – All proposals and site visits are billable services, as they require significant time, coordination, and professional expertise for completion.
• $200 – Residential
• $400 – Commercial

Commercial Design Services

• Commercial concept design services begin at $5,000 – Scope and fees are determined based on project size, complexity, and design direction

Residential Design Services

• Residential concept design services begin at $1,500 – Depending on size, scope, and level of design direction required, fees are determined following an initial assessment to ensure appropriate alignment of services.

Architectural Consulting

Residential Architectural Consulting

• Billed at the current hourly rate – Applicable to pre-design planning, design clarification, documentation review, and advisory services

Commercial Architectural Consulting

• Billed at the current hourly rate – Includes feasibility guidance, design strategy, and technical consultation

·       Consulting services for projects already in progress will be billed hourly unless otherwise specified in writing.

Construction Administration

• Billed at the current hourly rate of $200
• Fees will not exceed the total number of hours outlined in the approved project scope, unless authorized in writing

3D Renderings & Visualizations

• 3D renderings and visualization services

Interior Design Services

• Interior design consulting billed at the current hourly rate
• Color consultations billed at the current hourly rate
• Interior design concept design (scope-driven) begin at $500
• Interior refresh services (scope-driven) begin at $750 per room
• Space planning assessments: $500
• “Designer by Your Side” packages begin at $600

Interior Design Feasibility Assessments

• In-person feasibility assessments: $400 – limited to 90 minutes – Includes on-site evaluation, design considerations, and next-step recommendations

Interior Design Project Coordination

• This is a separate rate outside of selections procurement assessed in hourly bundles to be paid in advance as outlined in the approved project scope, unless authorized in writing.

Why are proposals and site visits now billable?
Proposals and site visits require significant behind-the-scenes work, including analysis, coordination across disciplines, and professional expertise. Billing for these services ensures each client receives thoughtful, well-prepared recommendations.

How do these updates benefit me as a client?
Clear policies allow us to focus our energy where it matters most—on your project—while providing consistent service, defined scopes, and fewer surprises throughout the process.

Will fees always be disclosed upfront?
Yes. All fees, including travel or additional services, will be outlined at proposal submission or discussed in advance.

Are these changes permanent?
These updates reflect our current operational standards and will evolve as needed to continue serving our clients at the highest level.
